Straight out of Japan, Team Cusco brought over their fully-prepped Subaru STi and factory Subaru pilot Tarzan Yamada in an attempt to squash the long-standing HKS Evo record at Buttonwillow, CA, set by the infamous Noberutu Tamaguchi set in 2007.

Buttonwillow Raceway was host to the 2008 Super Lap Battle. We were on hand to capture the action as it happened.
